Jane Hammond caters a limited number of weddings each year. First, we talk with you to make sure that we are just the right fit for such an important occasion. If so, we give all of our attention to every detail of your wedding.

Most frequently, we function as the wedding coordinator and the caterer, to make sure that all details are thoroughly taken care of, and to simplify the work and phone calls that our wedding clients have to worry about. In addition to the food and overall design, our in-house services include floral and entertainment. Our floral artist's creativity, experience and can-do attitude enable us to decorate our events with stunning works of floral art. Our range of entertainment services include two talented house DJs, audio, video, a full range of lighting services, and karaoke. By offering an array of services normally covered by outside vendors, we're able to streamline communications, operations, and billing.

In addition to our house services, we can take care of invitations, transportation, rehearsal arrangements, rentals, linen options, beverages, cakes, photography and all of the other myriad details. Or, should you have a favorite baker, band, florist or other vendor, we will happily coordinate with them.

We understand that weddings can be expensive, and will spend time with you to ensure that your budget is sensibly allocated to create the wedding you dream of. We know that your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life, and will ensure every detail is met so that you are free to completely enjoy your special day without stress or worry.

We are looking forward to the California court system overturning Prop 8 and resuming our weddings for all couples.

First of all, when I first imagined the spectacular wedding we wanted, I knew it was not possible. How do you take such huge spaces and make them intimate and accessible without overcrowding? How do you transport lamb shank from across the building and have it show up hot and delicious on the table? How do you make City Hall Rotunda look more elegant than I have ever seen it? How do you keep Drexel (the impossible to please customer) happy while maintaining a thousand variables, all of which are dependent on humans, by their nature imperfect?

You put it in the hands of Jane and Amy.

Brava! Outstanding! It was perfect! No matter the request, it was handled.

Hi Amy and Jane,

Ken and I wanted to say thank you so much for being part of our special day. The day was more than perfect! From the beautiful set-up, flawless coordination, professional & friendly service, delicious food and all the attention to details were just beyond incredible. It was the way I imagined it and much more. We received many compliments on the scallops and rib eye steak. I personally loved the steak with scented mushroom and corn pudding! Thank you for the to-go boxes as well. That was very thoughtful and our post-party crowd enjoyed every bit of it. We also got a lot of compliments on the desserts (though I completely forgot to try some - the last two hours just flew by!!)
I know that all the vendors just loved working with you; they commented on your excellent teamwork and collaboration behind the scene. Thank you again for your amazing and hard efforts. We would love another opportunity to work with you all again! (I had so much fun! I keep telling Ken, let's get married again!!)
